Organization:
Apostolic Hierarchal Structure
For every vision, there must be a strategically-designed structure, which as a vehicular construct, transports the vision from its initial formative state through the evolutionary process necessary, leading to successful fulfillment of the vision. Thereby, the structure of Embassy International Fellowship has been uniquely designed to support and help facilitate progressive expansion according to kingdom mandate by building upon the apostolic concepts of colonization and globalization:
- Colonization – a body of people sent from a parenting entity to a new land to establish and/or broaden the rule of the parenting principal. This is the essence of apostolic mandate.
- Globalization – the scope of the fellowship concerning regions and spheres via current forms of media; church planting; mobilization campaigns such as prophetic conferences, evangelistic crusades, prayer and intercessional gatherings; and training and equipping for the local church/pastors with practical and revelatory application as it relates to paradigmatic and administrational shifts in a local house.
EIF will seek to infiltrate, cultivate and progressively develop new territories and help advance this end-time apostolic movement through the establishment of colonies. A colony is defined as a collection of churches, ministries and five-fold functionaries that corresponds to a geographical ecclesiastical district directly established by EIF (Regional Colony) or that comprises an apostolic work with at least three (3) churches without respect to geography that was originally established by another that has entered into covenant relationship with EIF for apostolic covering (Auxiliary Colony). As a colony grows and further develops ecclesiastically, operationally and administratively, it becomes a province. A province is defined as a collection of churches, ministries and five-fold functionaries that corresponds to a geographical ecclesiastical jurisdiction directly established by EIF (Regional Province) or that comprises an apostolic work with at least fifteen (15) churches without respect to geography that was originally established by another that has entered into covenant relationship with EIF for apostolic covering (Auxiliary Province). A province may contain multiple colonies and/or establish colonies to further advance into new regions. This expansion through colonization strategically allows for a progressive spread of apostolic influence and functional five-fold ministry to advance the kingdom of God in the earth.
As an apostolic agency and covering for other apostolic works, EIF has instituted a three-tier apostolic governing structure, foundationally centered upon the apostle as the highest level of eldership in the church. EIF promotes full-functioning holistic five-fold ministry and recognizes the vertical apostle as the office with general governing oversight for a five-fold ministry work. Thereby, the hierarchal structure is established to coincide with the order of apostolic oversight within EIF.
The first tier is the International Fellowship of Ecclesiastical Headship, which is comprised of all apostolic leaders with EIF ecclesiastical oversight (represented in purple on the Apostolic Hierarchal Structure Chart). The prelate at the international level is the Presiding Apostolic Bishop, which is assisted by the Apostolic Presbytery. The School of ABC’S (Apostolic Bishops, Chairmen and Supervisors) is the EIF collective body of apostolic government and the ecclesiastical apostolic training center that trains, equips, assesses, confirms authenticity and after ascension into official office holds accountable every apostle that will have ecclesiastical headship responsibility within EIF.
The second tier is the Provincial Level, including all Regional and Auxiliary Provinces (represented in blue on the Apostolic Hierarchal Structure Chart). The overseer at the provincial level is the Apostolic Bishop, which is assisted by an Apostolic Chairman. The third tier is the Colonial Level, including all Regional and Auxiliary Colonies (represented in green on the Apostolic Hierarchal Structure Chart). The overseer at the colonial level is the Apostolic Supervisor.
Embassy International Fellowship is serious about establishing and maintaining competent leadership and places great emphasis on its apostolic training and development process to promote fully-functional, mature and effective apostolic leadership. Therefore, before appointment to the office of Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor, an individual must satisfactorily meet all EIF requirements and prove his/her work by demonstrating superior ability to effectively provide oversight, while operating as an Administrative Assistant to the Presiding Apostolic Bishop during a period of observation and proving. As such, the individual will begin to perform much of the work of Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor, just without the title and still under the direction of the Presiding Apostolic Bishop and/or Apostolic Presbytery. For an unspecified period of time, the shared ecclesiastical headship in a colony or province may include that of an Administrative Assistant that after satisfactory performance will become Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor depending on the specific metron (measure) of ecclesiastical oversight assigned.
