Personal development and mentoring
Often, many ecclesiastical leaders are left handicapped or underdeveloped due to the lack of personal attention and mentoring necessary to help facilitate their growth process and evolution to become mature functionaries. Prosperity could be best-defined apostolically as the ability to have mobility – the ability to move from one place to another. In Christ, this movement takes place first in the spirit realm and then, the spirit realm as the causative realm produces a corresponding movement, the manifestation, in the natural realm. This mobility or lack thereof is affected by an individual’s mindset and knowledge of governing spiritual Principles more than anything else. Principals, spiritual fiduciaries who understand and have mastered the principles governing a particular place in God, acting as spiritual governors and tutors are responsible to lay the necessary spiritual tracks based upon foundational kingdom principles in such a systematic, progressive order that the ability to move on those tracks from one place to another is accomplished. These spiritual tracks do for the ecclesiastical leader the same thing train tracks do for a train. They connect points and places, providing a pathway from one point or place to another, facilitating development and maturation.
It is equally important that an agency exists that can discern whether the manhood (maturation), methods, manners, ministry, mandate, modes and message (the gifting/person) has given validity to call of God on the ecclesiastical leader’s life. When something is determined to be out of alignment or falling short of the standard set by God, personal mentoring by the principal God has set in place helps to correct and adjust those areas, leading to the development of a holistic expression of Christ in the ecclesiastical leader. It is through this process that attitudes are adjusted and properly aligned; addictions and habitual sins/struggles are overcome; proper mindsets and thought patterns are nurtured, principally rooted in the principles of God; immature postures are eliminated; and so many other tweaks and adjustments to character and ministry are made.
Assistance with church structuring and strategies
necessary for growth
EIF has witnessed numerous leaders and ministries with both vision and God-given potential that yet lacked key components necessary for sustainable, long-term growth. One of the major keys for such growth is a solid church structure. No matter how anointed or how much the ministry may have to offer, it will always be compromised if a poor or weakened structure exists. Structural integrity in engineering has been defined by Dr. Steve Roberts (University of Oxford) as the science and technology of the margin between safety and disaster. Spiritually speaking, structural integrity refers to the ability of a construct (whether referring to an idea, relationship, organization, plan/strategy, etc.) to withstand outside force without collapse and disaster. When structural integrity is compromised, disaster is almost inevitable given the right set of circumstances, events and/or attacks. It only takes the enemy a matter of time to exploit weaknesses in spiritual structures. EIF helps a church, ministry or organization to recognize in advance, like an engineer in the natural, whether a structural construct may be compromised and to proactively provide solutions to strengthen areas of weakness.
Additionally, once a strong structure exists, there must be proactive strategies formulated by accurately discerning the purposes of God and, through wisdom and understanding of applicable spiritual principles for the particular situation, applying these strategies, ever measuring, assessing and improving to produce conditions favorable for growth. God then gives the increase.
Training and impartation for leaders and members
Back to Top
The body of Christ being many members orchestrated and uniquely integrated to function and operate as one speaks volumes to the interdependency of those parts. When parts of the body are not functioning at full capacity the whole body is affected. Apostle Paul masterfully establishes this point in Ephesians 4:16 (Amplified Version):
For because of Him the whole body (the church, in all its various parts), closely joined and firmly knit together by the joints and ligaments with which it is supplied, when each part [with power adapted to its need] is working properly [in all its functions], grows to full maturity, building itself up in love.
Christ is committed to the maturation of His church, which emphasizes the essential importance and requirement for training and impartation to produce a level of skill and mastery within a church’s leadership and members to ensure that each component of that body is working properly and in conjunction with the others. The health of that church, ministry or organization is only as strong as each of its parts and components. No longer can it be acceptable to have a strong leadership and weak body. The ecclesiastical leadership must in this season even be trained and equipped through revelatory shifts to teach the people up into a higher place in God that they may ascend to new heights and spiritual dimensions through revelation and mastery of the principles taught, versus preaching down to the level of understanding where they currently are, which will never produce a paradigm shift and any corresponding change, because it does not stretch and thereby increase their capacity to hold more.
Preparation, equipping and training, leading to maturation and full expression of five-fold ministry
Back to Top
Cultivating and maintaining a fully functional five-fold ministry is essential to advancing the kingdom of God in the earth. The five-fold ministry gifts of Christ were dispensed from heaven for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12). The church can never arrive at completeness without their operation, which is essential for both the quantitative and qualitative growth of the church. EIF is committed to providing the assistance, preparation, equipping and training necessary for churches, ministries and organizations to operate in five-fold ministry excellence and firmly believes that every ministry should be operating as part of a five-fold ministry expression or collaborative, complete with the functional offices of the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher.
While the grace for a particular office may rest on an individual’s life, there is a fundamental growth process necessary for that initial grace to be developed, rendering the individual a functional gift in that office. For example, not every apostle is a functional apostle, and likewise for each of the other gifts. EIF is dedicated to rearing and inundating the earth with functional five-fold ministry officers.
Access to financial resources
In order to effectively overthrow the kingdom of darkness and expeditiously build new power structures and systems illuminated with the light of revelation, God is transferring significant financial resources into the body of Christ to finance His move. However, contrary to the prevailing teaching within Christendom that causes all to believe they are qualified by default for the transfer, while wealth is indeed being transferred, it is being transferred according to God’s oikonomia, dispensation and economy. His principles of kingdom economics require that financial resources can only be dispensed to the care of those that understand His system of operations and that have ascended as spiritual potentates, principals who have demonstrated faithful stewardship over the mysteries of God and that can be trusted to act as conduits to distribute resources with the wisdom and discernment of God Himself and according to His purpose.
As strategic relationships and opportunities to secure significant financial resources for this apostolic movement have been ordained, identified and provided by God, resources will be made available from EIF to assist churches, ministries and organizations to accomplish their unique God-given purposes. EIF values financial integrity and will uphold and thereby require high standards of financial integrity for those that request and receive funds from EIF. Thereby, EIF will also provide assistance in structuring a strong financial ministry, proper accounting processes and strategic financial planning, based upon kingdom principles of stewardship, for those desiring such services.
Operation as part of a collaborative of like-minded churches pursuing and executing with accuracy the plan of God for their specific region
Back to Top
One of the most important aspects of this apostolic movement is that at its heart is the unity of the body. The focus is not on one particular church or denomination, one worship style or culture, building one’s own kingdom in isolation from the rest of the body or numerous other characteristics that have plagued and rendered previous movements ineffective, leaving them as a monument of remembrance by lacking sustainability. Sustainability can only be accomplished by like-minded churches, ministries and organizations operating as a collaborative, each willing to submit to the higher law of purpose and thereby, through the wisdom of God according to divine pattern, construct a superstructure (the macro structure), a new ever-evolving structure that continues to progress and adapt with further revelation of the eternal plan of God, around their individual existing structures, the substructures (micro structures), which are yet important as each has a specific role as part of the larger purpose of God. The unity in purpose, connectivity and flexibility to evolve with greater revelation from God are necessary prerequisites to sustaining any move of God.
EIF’s structure was designed with this understanding in mind. Through colonization and globalization, EIF will provide opportunity and support for destroying the existing barriers that divide, and through enlightenment and instruction help effectively unite ministries around the revealed specific purpose and strategy for that city, region, nation, etc. to destroy the kingdom of darkness and its unique manifestations in that spiritual topography in order to advance the kingdom and intents of God. Thereby, those in Covenant Relationship gain fellowship and interconnectivity with sister churches, ministries and organizations and their ecclesiastical leadership, rendering greater strength and enhanced capacity. It just does not make sense to continue to attempt to the work of the kingdom alone in isolation when the available grace rests in the oneness of the faith.
