School of ABC'S

The School of ABC’S (Apostolic Bishops, Chairmen and Supervisors) is the EIF collective body of apostolic government and the ecclesiastical apostolic training center that trains, equips, assesses, confirms authenticity and after ascension into official office holds accountable every apostle that will have ecclesiastical headship responsibility within EIF. The School of ABC’S establishes and enforces the code of ethics, apostolic organizational standards and general operational procedures for EIF’s apostolic headship. It helps to ensure that each apostle with vertical charge is accountable and a faithful steward over the work entrusted into his/her hands and is part of a community of fellow apostles that can provide support, encouragement and brotherhood. The School of ABC’S also provides progressive apostolic training to contribute to the continuous development and evolution of its apostles into the fullest expression of Christ-likeness as apostolic functionaries, understanding Christ as the Chief Apostle.

EIF is serious about establishing and maintaining competent leadership and places great emphasis on its apostolic training and development process. Therefore, before appointment to the office of Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor, an individual must satisfactorily meet all EIF requirements imposed by the School of ABC’S and prove his/her work by demonstrating superior ability to effectively provide oversight, while operating as an Administrative Assistant to the Presiding Apostolic Bishop during a period of observation and proving. As such, the individual will begin to perform much of the work of Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor, just without the title and still under the direction of the Presiding Apostolic Bishop and/or Apostolic Presbytery. For an unspecified period of time, the shared ecclesiastical headship in a colony or province may include that of an Administrative Assistant that after satisfactory performance will become Bishop, Chairman or Supervisor depending on the specific metron (measure) of ecclesiastical oversight assigned.
